What our customers say

"Pleasant, polite and on time."

"The driver contacted my stepmother and advised he would be 5 minutes. When my elderly stepmother rang him after this time to see where he was he was very aggressive towards her and complained about the parking penalties he was incurring. He told her she should have met him outside the hotel but when she tried to find him he wasn't there. He then told her he was going to get another fare. I have not had a refund or an apology. "

"I was expecting meet and greet to be inside airport. Instead we had to go outside and had to find taxi although driver did contact us to guide us to pickup area. Otherwise no problems. "
